Arkansas' First FoodtruckRoadkill Grill won't become a statistic....Well we're still here and kicking..lol. We were able to get one event done in March before all heck broke loose, which just happened to be in the epicenter of the first outbreak in the Pine Bluff area. We knew nothing about it until we returned back home on March 9th. Then on Easter Sunday, the storms hit our area. Even running the generators, we lost all our food. It was just too much food to save.
We are both ok. Actually my health is better now than it was 6 months ago, heck even a year ago... So when I say "we'll be back", it is an gross understatement. We'll be be back even stronger than before. The only thing I'm really missing is people... especially when you customarily see tens of thousands of people every week. I MISS MY PEEPS.. Our vision 22 years ago was to have a foodtruck in Arkansas before food trucks even became so popular. My daily aphorism since March has been "Keep Your Eye on the Goalposts". 😎 So stay tuned... Stay safe my peeps... MYBABY IS BACK
MiniMe is looking sharp and doing an amazing job until we get the truck fixed.
